Canyon Glow

Along Burr Trail, Utah (2023) - My afternoon hike along Upper Gulch trail, just off the Burr Trail in southern Utah, wasn't very productive, nor had I expected it to be. As the drifting clouds finally let strong sunlight through onto the landscape, however, I found this scene of glowing, reflected light bathing an old cottonwood tree near the trickling creek.
