TExas Photography Prints
My fine art nature photography prints From Texas
Welcome to this collection of my Texas photography prints. Although I've lived in northern Texas for more than a decade, I find it to be one of the more challenging places to photograph. With its flat topography and generally dry climate - not to mention unpredictable weather - it is a rare treat that I have compelling conditions to capture. I also prefer to avoid the more stereotypical "Texas" scenes; although I do have such photos in my portfolio, I prefer to show more unexpected aspects of the landscape here in north Texas.
My landscape and nature fine art prints are created with a focus on beauty and longevity. I personally make every fine art paper photography print, starting with small proofing prints that are used to ensure the final result is aligned with my artistic vision (as represented on-screen). While it varies from image to image, it is not uncommon for me to produce 5-10 proofs before achieving the result I expect, and my collectors deserve.
Using archival pigment inks and museum quality papers on a professional large format photography printer, my fine art photography prints, when properly cared for and displayed, will last for generations to come. Learn more about the process in my Printmaking Trials & Tribulations blog post.
