ARTIST SERIES FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS

My Artist Series fine art photography prints are personally produced by me in my home studio and represent the truest form of my creative vision. They are the way I intend my photographs to be experienced in physical form.

Each image is individually soft proofed, test printed, and carefully inspected before it leaves my studio. This hands-on process allows me to maintain complete control over color, tone, and detail from capture to final print. These are not batch-produced prints. Every piece is made to order and evaluated one at a time.

Artist Series prints are produced on Palo Duro Etching 315 from Red River Paper, a 100% cotton rag, museum-quality fine art paper chosen for its subtle texture, warm white tone, and archival longevity.

• OBA-free, acid-free, and lignin-free conservation grade paper

Sizing Information

Artist Series sizes refer to the full sheet size. The printed image area is slightly smaller to allow for a clean white border suitable for matting and framing. Borders generally range from approximately 0.8 inches to 1.5 inches per side, depending on overall size.
 

Each Artist Series print includes:
 

• A signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity
• Production date and paper details listed on the certificate
• My initials, the print’s edition number, and the production date on the back of the print

READY-TO-HANG ACRYLIC PHOTO PRINTS

Acrylic photo prints offer a luminous, dimensional presentation that enhances depth, clarity, and color vibrancy. They are professionally produced in partnership with a trusted fine art print lab and arrive ready to hang.
 

Each image is printed on premium photo paper and face-mounted to optically pure, UV-resistant acrylic for exceptional clarity and durability.

Each image is carefully prepared and reviewed for accurate color and tonal balance before printing. Every print is produced and inspected one at a time to ensure it meets the standards I expect of my work.

Smaller prints may ship flat in protective packaging. Larger prints are carefully rolled in heavy-duty mailing tubes designed to prevent bending or creasing during transit.

All Artist Series shipments include tracking and are fully insured for their retail value. Complimentary shipping is included for orders within the contiguous United States.

If I anticipate any unusual delay due to travel or material availability, I will communicate directly and promptly.

READY-TO-HANG ACRYLIC AND METAL PRINTS

Ready-to-Hang prints are professionally produced in partnership with a trusted fine art print lab and typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks.

This timeline includes professional production, quality control, and secure packaging prior to shipment.

Smaller sizes ship in reinforced cardboard packaging. Larger pieces are crated in protective plywood boxes lined with foam to minimize movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit.

All Ready-to-Hang shipments include tracking and are covered by the print lab’s shipping and replacement policies. If any issue arises, I manage communication directly to ensure it is resolved properly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is available for all print types. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs processing. Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom crops, alternate aspect ratios, and special framing requests may require additional production time. If you are considering a custom order, I am happy to discuss timing and process details in advance so expectations are clear.

Framing Recommendations

Artist Series prints are produced on museum-quality cotton rag paper and are intended to be framed. Professional framing using archival materials is recommended for the best long-term protection. Look for:
 

• 100% cotton or archival mounting and mat boards
• UV-blocking glass or acrylic
• Acid-free backing materials

Avoid spray adhesives, liquid adhesives, or heat-based mounting methods, as these can permanently damage the paper.

Store-bought frames may certainly be used, especially for smaller prints. However, custom framing will generally provide better long-term protection and UV resistance.

Artist Series prints are allowed ample drying time before shipping. If you prefer, you may wait an additional week before framing, though this is optional.
 

Handling & Display

To preserve surface quality:
 

• Handle prints by the edges whenever possible
• Avoid touching the printed ink surface
• Display away from prolonged direct sunlight
• Keep away from high-humidity environments such as bathrooms

When properly framed and displayed under normal indoor conditions, Artist Series prints are designed to last for decades. If you need to store an unframed print, keep it flat in a cool, dry place using acid-free sleeves or protective interleaving sheets.

Ready-to-Hang prints arrive fully finished and do not require additional framing unless desired (see below).

Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?
Screens are backlit and vary in brightness and color, so a print may look slightly different than what you see on your device. Every image is carefully prepared before printing to ensure accurate color and tonal balance in physical form. Prints are designed to look natural and refined under normal indoor lighting.
 

How do I choose the right size for my space?
If you are unsure about size, I recommend requesting a mockup before placing your order. I can create a to-scale mockup using a photo of your actual wall so you can see how a specific size will look in your space. This removes guesswork and helps you feel confident in your selection.
 

Will my room lighting affect how the print looks?
Yes. Lighting plays an important role in how artwork is experienced. Warm lighting tends to enhance reds, oranges, and golden tones while softening cooler hues. Cooler lighting emphasizes blues and neutral tones but can make warm colors appear less vibrant. Are your Artist Series prints limited edition?
Artist Series prints are open edition but individually produced, signed, and accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Open edition means there is no predetermined cap on quantity, but each print is crafted with the same care and attention to detail.

Why are your prints priced differently than mass-produced artwork?
Every Artist Series print is individually produced and inspected using archival materials designed for long-term display. Ready-to-Hang prints are made using premium materials and professional production standards. How long will the print last?

Do you offer custom sizes or cropping?

What if my print arrives damaged or has a production issue?
Every print is carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the rare event of shipping damage or a production issue, I will work directly to resolve it. Please see the Returns & Print Guarantee section below for full details.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Because each print is custom produced specifically for you, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based concerns.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

All prints are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
 

If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please photograph the packaging before opening. Retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

If a print arrives damaged, you must contact me within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
 

• The exterior packaging
• The interior packaging
• The print itself

 

This documentation is required to file a claim with the carrier or print lab. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.
 

PRODUCTION DEFECTS

If you believe your print has a production defect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Production defects refer to physical flaws or material issues that prevent the artwork from being enjoyed as intended. Variations caused by screen brightness, lighting conditions, or personal preference are not considered defects.

If a verified defect is present, I will work directly to ensure the issue is resolved appropriately.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost in transit, I will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Tracking is provided for all orders.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and a shipment must be rerouted or reshipped, additional shipping costs may apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is available. Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import duties, original shipping costs and any return shipping fees are non-refundable.
