Utah Photography Prints

My fine art nature photography prints From Southern Utah

Welcome to this collection of my photography prints from southern Utah, including Bryce Canyon National Park and the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. I first visited Bryce Canyon in a brief one-day whirlwind in the summer of 2018 and had been dreaming of returning to that iconic location in winter with the hope of photographing the rich tones of the landscape with snowfall.

As luck would have it, the morning I headed to the park in March of 2022 would provide just that opportunity.

Aside from Bryce Canyon, I spent several days venturing around southern Utah in the Grand Staircase-Escalante region. Faced with clear blue skies more often than not, and gusty winds, much of my focus was on exploring some of the canyons one can find when exploring the area.

This collection includes photos that range the wide, grand vistas of the amazing Utah landscape to smaller intimate scenes, and some abstracts of finer details. This trip was my most productive to date; my initial release of images offered as fine art photography prints reaches nearly 30 in total, and it's likely more will be added over time as I continue to review and process additional files.

My landscape and nature fine art prints are created with a focus on beauty and longevity. I personally make every fine art paper photography print, starting with small proofing prints that are used to ensure the final result is aligned with my artistic vision (as represented on-screen). While it varies from image to image, it is not uncommon for me to produce 5-10 proofs before achieving the result I expect, and my collectors deserve.

Using archival pigment inks and museum quality papers on a professional large format photography printer, my fine art photography prints, when properly cared for and displayed, will last for generations to come. Learn more about the process in my Printmaking Trials & Tribulations blog post.
